This policy applies to visitors to the Seed Bloomer website and people who contact Seed Bloomer about our services, including prospective and current clients.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• your email address and phone or WhatsApp number;
• information you include in an enquiry, discovery conversation or Story Session;
• website, business or project information you give us;
• billing, payment and transaction information needed for administration;
• photos, video, audio, voice recordings, messages, documents or other material you voluntarily supply for a project;
• login or access details you provide when needed for agreed work; and
• basic analytics and technical information, such as browser type, device type, pages visited and approximate location, where analytics tools are used.

3. How we use information

We may use information to:

• reply to enquiries and hold discovery conversations;
• discuss, prepare and deliver website, Story Film and related creative services;
• communicate about a project;
• prepare quotations, process payments and manage invoicing and administration;
• maintain and improve this website;

We use personal information only for purposes that are reasonably connected with why it was provided, unless another use is permitted or required by law.

4. WhatsApp and email

Payments may be processed through banks, payment platforms or other providers involved in receiving payment. Seed Bloomer may also use analytics, search and business-profile services to understand general website use and maintain its online presence. 6. Hosting and technical providers

Website hosting, deployment, storage or other technical providers may process limited information that is necessary to operate the website and deliver our services. We aim to give providers only the access reasonably needed for that purpose.

7. Client-supplied project material

For website projects, clients may voluntarily provide photographs, video, audio, voice recordings, messages, documents, written material and other project files. Seed Bloomer uses that material for the agreed project and related communication, unless separate permission is given for another use.

You keep ownership of original material you supply. Providing material to us does not transfer ownership to Seed Bloomer.

If login or access details are needed for agreed work, we use them only as reasonably necessary for that work. Clients should use secure access-sharing methods where available and remove access when it is no longer required.

8. Sharing information

Seed Bloomer does not sell personal information. We may share information only where reasonably necessary:

• to provide the agreed service;
• with service providers used to complete or support the work;
• where required by law; or
• with your permission.

Private client material is not treated as public portfolio material unless permission has been given. Where work is already publicly available, Seed Bloomer will still consider whether portfolio use is appropriate.

Some service providers may store or process information outside Singapore. Where that happens, their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy practices and applicable laws.

9. How long we keep information

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for enquiries, project delivery, administration, support and legal obligations. What is reasonable may depend on the type of information and the project involved.

Seed Bloomer takes reasonable steps to protect information, project material and access details against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No internet, email, messaging or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Access, correction, deletion or withdrawal enquiries

You may contact us to ask about personal information we hold about you, request a correction, ask whether information that is no longer needed can be deleted, or withdraw consent for a use based on consent. Withdrawal may affect our ability to continue a service. Some information may need to be retained for project, administration or legal reasons.

Seed Bloomer’s services are not directed at children. Where project material involves a child, it should be supplied by an authorised parent, guardian or responsible adult where appropriate.
