1. Using this website

You may use this website to learn about Seed Bloomer and contact us about our services. Please do not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use its content unlawfully.

2. Information on this website

Website content provides general information about Seed Bloomer and its services. We may update services, availability, scope, pricing and website content from time to time.

A specific quotation, package or written agreement that a client has accepted takes priority over general website information. A later website update does not change an already agreed client price or scope unless the client and Seed Bloomer agree to the change in writing.

3. No guaranteed business outcomes

Seed Bloomer does not guarantee revenue, sales, leads, bookings, Google rankings, website traffic, social reach or business performance.

Websites and related website support are intended to improve clarity, presentation and customer experience. Results depend on many factors outside Seed Bloomer’s control, including the client’s offer, market, reputation, follow-up and ongoing business activity.

4. Project scope and payment

The exact deliverables, pages, revision limits, timeline, payment schedule and special conditions are based on the accepted proposal, quotation, invoice or written agreement. General examples on this website do not add to an agreed scope unless included in that agreement.

Clients must pay invoices according to the stated payment terms. Seed Bloomer may pause work or withhold launch, transfer or final delivery while an overdue amount remains unpaid, subject to any different written agreement.

5. Revisions and additional work

Included revision rounds are those stated in the agreed package or quotation. Work outside the agreed scope—including extra pages, major redesigns, new features, substantial rewrites or additional revision rounds—may be quoted separately before that work begins.

Project timelines depend on timely client information, materials, feedback, approvals and payments. If these are delayed, the delivery or launch date may also move.

6. First-year basic care

Where first-year basic care is included, it covers routine items within the agreed care scope, such as hosting, SSL, routine maintenance, minor text changes, photo replacements, contact-detail changes and small service updates.

Major new pages, redesigns, substantial new features or significant content work are not included in basic care and may be quoted separately.

7. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and for confirming that they have the rights, licences, consent or permission needed to supply and use logos, photographs, videos, copy, trademarks, documents, testimonials, music and other materials provided for a project.

8. Accuracy and approval before launch

Before launch or final delivery, the client is responsible for checking and approving factual information, names, contact details, pricing, claims and other business information. Seed Bloomer will make reasonable corrections identified during the agreed review process.

9. AI-assisted tools

Seed Bloomer may use modern production and AI-assisted tools as part of its workflow. The tool is not the service. The service remains the discovery, writing, design and website production work delivered to the client.

10. Intellectual property and handover

The client keeps ownership of original material supplied by the client. Seed Bloomer keeps ownership of its pre-existing methods, systems, templates, processes and general know-how.

Final project usage, ownership and handover rights follow the accepted project terms. Nothing in these website terms creates a broader transfer of copyright, licences, accounts or files than the parties have agreed.

11. Portfolio use

Seed Bloomer will not treat private client material as public portfolio material unless permission has been given, or the material is already publicly available and its use is appropriate.

12. Third-party costs and services

Projects may rely on third-party services such as domains, hosting, fonts, stock material, plugins, analytics, search tools, WhatsApp, email or social platforms. Any third-party cost is the client’s responsibility unless the agreed project terms state that it is included.

Seed Bloomer is not responsible for outages, price or policy changes, account restrictions or service interruptions outside its reasonable control.

13. External links

This website may link to external websites or services. Seed Bloomer does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

14. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Seed Bloomer is not responsible for indirect losses or business outcomes caused by factors outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Singapore law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore.
